Job summary

Manalapan-Englishtown Regional Schools in New Jersey seeks a Maintenance/HVAC professional with a Black Seal license (or ability to obtain within two years). A NJ driver’s license and experience in HVAC maintenance and Building Automation Systems are required.

The team handles electrical and motor control tasks and physical requirements include lifting up to 75 pounds. The position is full-time, 12-month, with hours from Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, offering a base salary of $55,580 plus

Qualifications

• Black Seal license preferred. Employment terms mandate securing said license within two years of hire
• Verifiable valid New Jersey driver's license required
• New Jersey HVAC license preferred
• Five years verifiable experience inHVAC/mechanical maintenance and installation. Also verifiable experience in Building Automation Systems
• Universal EPA Transition and Recovery Certification required
• Electrical and/or motor control knowledge
• Ability to maintain hydronic pumps, valves, etc.
• Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds and arial work platforms
• Ability to lift seventy-five (75) pounds
