Job summary

The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District is seeking a Maintenance/HVAC technician for a full-time, 12-month position in NJ. The role requires a valid NJ driver’s license, EPA certification, and five years of HVAC/mechanical experience, including building automation systems.

Preferred licenses include a Black Seal and NJ HVAC license, with license-related stipends of $2,000 and ongoing wage supplements.

Qualifications

• Black Seal license preferred; must obtain within two years of hire.
• Verifiable valid New Jersey driver's license required.
• New Jersey HVAC license preferred.
• Five years verifiable experience in HVAC/mechanical maintenance and installation, including Building Automation Systems.
• Universal EPA Transition and Recovery Certification required.
• Electrical and/or motor control knowledge.
• Ability to maintain hydronic pumps, valves, etc.
• Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds and aerial work platforms.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.

The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District, an award-winning, Central Monmouth, K-8 school district with a tradition of excellence in education, is seeking to fill a Maintenance/HVAC Position with the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Black Seal license preferred. Employment terms mandate securing said license within two years of hire
• Verifiable valid New Jersey driver's license required
• New Jersey HVAC license preferred
• Five years verifiable experience inHVAC/mechanical maintenance and installation. Also verifiable experience in Building Automation Systems
• Universal EPA Transition and Recovery Certification required
• Electrical and/or motor control knowledge
• Ability to maintain hydronic pumps, valves, etc.
• Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds and arial work platforms
• Ability to lift seventy-five (75) pounds

Terms of Employment:

• 12- Months
• Full-Time
• Days/Hours:
  • Monday - Friday/6:30 am - 3:00 pm
• $55,580, plus $2000 Stipend for HVAC License
