Zusammenfassung

Sulzer is seeking a Rotational Engineer for a two-year program designed to attract and develop high-potential engineers. You will rotate through Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, Pumps, and Electro-Mechanical Services, gaining hands-on experience and professional development.

The program supports the Services Division in the Americas, bridging engineering, commercial, and operations to drive shop-floor improvements and long-term growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing or automation engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication across diverse teams.
• Pays close attention to details, especially measurements, safety, or technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to work in a physically active industrial shop environment.
• Ability and willingness to relocate while in the program.
• Ability and willingness to begin the program in January or July.
• Authorization to work in the USA without restriction or sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Participate or lead job tasks, production duties, and process improvement initiatives identified and assigned by Supervisor.
• Design, develop, implement, or upgrade drawings, work instructions, procedures, technical documentation, tooling and fixturing improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to source and qualify solutions.
• Balance immediate troubleshooting support with long-term strategic projects.
