Position Overview

We are seeking a loving, enthusiastic 2‑Year‑Old Teacher to join our Farmhouse Family! The ideal candidate is dependable, creative, and passionate about early childhood education. You’ll work alongside a co‑teacher to maintain routines, foster independence, and build positive relationships with families while creating a fun and caring classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for one‑year‑old children.
• Follow daily routines and classroom schedules with consistency and care.
• Implement lesson plans using Experience Early Learning’s Mother Goose Time Curriculum.
• Track developmental milestones and communicate daily progress to families.
• Use Brightwheel, our classroom communication app, to share updates, photos, and reports.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with your co‑teacher and administrative team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with toddlers or in an early‑childhood classroom (2‑year‑old experience preferred).
• Knowledge of child development and positive classroom management techniques.
• Warm, nurturing, and team‑oriented personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology, including tablets and classroom apps.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
