Sika is seeking an experienced Operator/Compounder to join the Grandview, Missouri, Automotive and Industry team. The role runs Monday through Friday and involves preparing chemical batches according to work orders and vendor specs, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.

Applicants should have high school equivalency, the ability to wear a respirator, and strong communication skills to coordinate with teammates and supervisors.

Your Skills and Experience

• Combine chemicals in quantities specific to the work order to make quality productsbatches.
• Read and follow procedures to create batches according tothe vendors specifications
• Apply basic knowledge of the chemicals reactions to produce quality batches and /or address errors as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols, as well as, safely operating all required equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform miscellaneous duties at any supervisors or teamleads request
• This person must possess excellent communication skills, which are characterizedby sincerity, persuasiveness and clarity of thought.
