Job summary

Sika in Grandview, MO is seeking an experienced Operator/Compounder to join the POWER team on 1st or 2nd shift. The role requires batching chemicals per work orders, reading procedures, and following safety protocols to produce quality batches.

You must have a high school equivalency, be able to meet physical requirements, and wear a respirator. Sika offers strong benefits, 401(k) match, comprehensive medical and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Combine chemicals in quantities specific to the work order to make quality product batches.
• Read and follow procedures to create batches according to vendor specifications.
• Apply basic knowledge of chemical reactions to produce quality batches and address errors as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and safely operate all required equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisors or team leads.

Monday - Friday

• Combine chemicals in quantities specific to the work order to make quality productsbatches.
