Responsibilities

• Communicate with forklift operators to bring correct stock to the machine.
• Check stock for size, scoring and grade before setting up the machine.
• Set print, one or two colors, as specified by work order.
• Check for correct pH and color using test equipment.
• Check for correct placement of print.
• Set scores and slotting blades as per work order.
• Check for correct placement of scores and slots.
• Periodically check a sample during production to ensure specs are met.
• Stack product on carts for mobility to next workstation per work order.
• Label each cart with part number and next job center for each unit.
