Job summary

Armada Staffing Group is seeking a dependable Janitorial position in Columbus, OH. The role involves maintaining clean and sanitary areas, following safety procedures, and supporting a team in a university environment. Shift is Monday–Friday from 11:45 PM to 8:15 AM with a pay rate of $18.75 per hour.

Temp to hire opportunity with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required, and ability to pass a drug screening is

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial/custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform physical cleaning activities for extended periods.
• Able to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning activities to maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with loading/unloading and material movement as needed.
• Meet daily production and productivity goals as part of a team.
• Report any equipment issues, safety hazards or quality concerns.

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Janitorial Workers to join our team. Associates will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary work areas while following all company safety and sanitation procedures.

Pay Rate: $18.75 /H

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday | 11:45PM - 8:15AM

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical cleaning activities for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must follow instructions and maintain a professional attitude in a university environment.
• Able to pass drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely after proper training.
• Assemble, package, label, and inspect products.
• Follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
• Meet daily production and productivity goals.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to a supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
