Wieland Provides, Inc. in Staunton, VA is hiring for 1st shift Welders Level I-III. You will weld from shop drawings, follow procedures, and maintain safety and quality while building final products, sub-assemblies and components for HVAC-related equipment.

The role requires MIG and TIG welding, reading WPS and drawings, and a focus on precision, teamwork, and problem solving in a heavy industrial setting. On-site only; starting pay $28.00–$39.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–3 year experience or commensurate education from trade school.
• Capable of MIG and TIG welding of parts and pipe, but not yet certified with the company for welding of parts under pressure.
• Ability to read and apply WPS, read drawings.
• Strong aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.
• Methodical, organized, and precise.
• Proactive in proposing solutions.

Responsabilités

• Following the production orders, prepare parts and tack and weld components into assemblies.
• Execute welds in accordance to company`s procedures and documents, while meeting defined quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment assigned to perform duties.
