Wieland North America, Inc in Staunton, VA is hiring Welders Level I–III for on-site roles ranging from entry-level to expert. You will work from shop drawings and procedures, performing MIG/TIG welds and maintaining equipment per ASME standards.
Shifts are Monday through Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm with bi-weekly pay. Candidates should read WPS, interpret drawings, and show strong teamwork in a heavy industrial setting. Benefits start Day 1 and include growth opportunities.

Wieland is hiring for Welders Level I, II, III. We are seeking skilled and experienced Welders for positions ranging from entry-level to expert. The welders will be responsible for working from shop drawing, procedures or other written, verbal, or electronic instruction, perform a wide variety of operations associated with welded assembly of final product, sub-assemblies and components for products which includes adherence to ASME Code Safety Regulations. Maintain equipment and facilities in a safe, clean, and efficiently operational manner. Adhere to procedures and prepare and maintain records, in either written or electronic form, regarding safety, quality, productivity, preventive maintenance and housekeeping. This role is located at 101 Industry Way, Staunton, VAand will be fully on-site.
Starting Pay: $28.00 - $39 per hour, with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications.

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

Physical Demands:
Perform work in various physical positions including standing, kneeling, bending and reaching.
Perform work in heavy industrial setting with exposure to heat, cold, humidity, industrial odors, fumes, gases, chemicals, oil, grease, smoke, dust, noise, vibration, work from an elevated platform and working in cramped quarters, e.g., inside vessels.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) required for this position, including hearing protection, safety eyewear, safety footwear, face shield, welding helmet, welding gloves, welding sleeves/jacket, welding apron/chaps, and respirator if required.
Close vision, distant vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus and hand-eye coordination.
