Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc in Staunton, VA is hiring Welders Level I–III for on-site roles ranging from entry-level to expert. You will work from shop drawings and procedures, performing MIG/TIG welds and maintaining equipment per ASME standards.

Shifts are Monday through Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm with bi-weekly pay. Candidates should read WPS, interpret drawings, and show strong teamwork in a heavy industrial setting. Benefits start Day 1 and include growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience or equivalent education from trade school.
• Capable of MIG and TIG welding; reading WPS and drawings.
• Able to read and apply WPS and drawings; strong problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow production orders; tack and weld components into assemblies.
• Weld per procedures; meet defined quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and properly care for tools.
