This is a full-time, first-shift fabrication opportunity for skilled professionals with experience in steel fabrication, blueprint reading, fitting, and welding. If you're a dependable MIG/TIG Welder who takes pride in precision, quality craftsmanship, and producing clean welds, we'd like to speak with you. Pay: Starting at $24.00+/hour (Based on Experience) 1st Shift Schedule Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMFriday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AMOvertime available based on production needs.

MIG/TIG Welder & Fitter Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG welding and TIG welding on steel components and fabricated assemblies.
• Fit, align, and assemble metal parts according to blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, shop drawings, and fabrication prints.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment for various fabrication projects.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.
• Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding.
• Assist with general metal fabrication and shop duties as needed.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a MIG Welder, TIG Welder, Welder/Fitter, Fabricator, or Structural Welder required.
• Experience with steel fabrication and blueprint reading required.
• Strong fitting, measuring, and layout skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.
• Must pass drug screen.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
