PLA is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance I Custodian / Janitor for the 1st shift (3:00 am to 11:30 am) in Riverside, MO. The role focuses on general upkeep, sanitation, and minor maintenance to ensure a clean, safe environment for employees and operations.

You will handle daily janitorial tasks, grounds maintenance, and support various operational needs. The position requires reliability and a proactive approach to safety and cleanliness.

Competenze

• Physical ability to perform manual labor.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Mansioni

• Clean and maintain all facility floors on a daily basis to ensure a safe environment.
• Routinely sanitize and scrub washrooms to maintain health standards.
• Empty wastebaskets and remove trash throughout the building.
• Vacuum, sweep, and dust all office areas.
• Maintain outside grounds and assist with snow/ice removal.
• Move equipment or furniture and monitor pest control devices.
• Complete job-related checklists and maintenance forms.
• Adapt to changes in work assignments and schedules.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
