Job summary

Aerotek in Pomona, CA is seeking a dependable 1st Shift Janitorial Worker to perform general cleaning and sanitation across office and warehouse areas, including restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces.

The role requires following strict sanitation procedures in an SQF-certified facility, maintaining daily records, and supporting additional facility maintenance tasks. Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a contract-to-hire path and fully onsite work.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience.
• Ability to follow strict sanitation, cleaning, and food safety procedures in an SQF-certified facility.
• Experience in a food manufacturing, food distribution, or other regulated sanitation environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation of office and warehouse areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain warehouse floors, dock areas, and walkways.
• Remove debris and maintain cleanliness in shipping and receiving areas.
• Complete and maintain daily sanitation and cleaning records.
• Monitor and help ensure the facility and property perimeter remain clean and free of litter and debris.
• Follow all company safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with additional facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
