• Assemble full case orders for replenishment and customer orders.
• Retrieve pallets for storage in narrow aisle bulk rack storage system.
• Control quality and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Load and unload pallets and cases from trucks or conveyors.
• Sort and build pallets to meet customer expectations.
• Shrink wrap pallets using machinery.
• Perform pre- and post-equipment checklists.
• Maintain storage locations with daily cycle counts and inventory tasks.
• Adhere to Holley safety standards.

Starting pay is $18.31 with 2nd shift premium and hourly pay progressions.

Summary of Job Duties:

• Assembles full case orders for replenishment, customer orders and packaging components.
• Retrieves pallets for storage in narrow aisle bulk rack storage system.
• Controls quality and ensures accuracy in all transactions.
• Loads and unloads pallets and cases from trucks, conveyor lines, etc.
• Sorts and builds pallets, ensuring compliance to customer expectation.
• Uses machinery to shrink wrap pallets.
• Performs pre- and post-equipment checklists.
• Maintains accuracy of storage locations by performing daily cycle counts and routine inventory maintenance tasks.
• Performs other distribution work functions as needed according to business volume and need.
• Adheres to safety standards set forth by Holley.

Job Skills and Knowledge:

• Must be able to work on equipment at extended heights.
• Basic experience using Windows-based applications, which is required to use the R/F scanner.
• Ability to operate powered basic material handling equipment, i.e., electric pallet jack, forklift, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Experience:

• Experience in customer service-oriented roles is a benefit.
• Previous experience driving power industrial equipment such as a lift, forklift, or order picker is required

• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs as needed.
