Job summary

Smalley is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator at our Lake Zurich, IL site. You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, move materials, and ensure accurate loading/unloading while documenting activities for production teams.

We offer competitive pay between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and opportunities for professional growth. On-site position with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts on loading docks preferred.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and barcode scanning.
