Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division in Santa Ana, CA is hiring a Warehouse Associate on 1st shift (5:00am - 1:30pm). You will support receiving, inventory control, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy while maintaining a safe, organized workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or material handling.
• Legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience using warehouse management, ERP, or inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Must live within 50 miles of the Santa Ana, CA location.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, store, and stage materials.
• Receive, verify, and process incoming materials against packing slips, POs, bills of lading, and system transactions.
• Load and unload trucks and inspect materials for damage, discrepancies, and identification accuracy.
• Pick, stage, package, and prepare finished goods and materials for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and system updates.
