Job summary

Eaton is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift in Santa Ana, CA. The role supports receiving, storage, movement, and shipment of materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and on-time delivery. You will work with ERP systems including SAP, and use Microsoft Office to maintain records and reporting.

The position runs 1:45pm to 10:15pm with an hourly rate of $24.75. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds and work within a safety-focused 5S environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, inventory control or material handling exp.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive, verify, and process incoming materials against packing slips and POs.
• Load/unload trucks and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Pick, stage, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain inventory records through cycle counts and system updates.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Coordinate material movements with production and supply chain teams.
• Process warehouse transactions using ERP, WMS, SAP, and MS Office.
• Support Kanban systems and stock replenishment.
