Job summary

RRD in the United States is seeking a warehouse associate to assist with filling and packaging orders, maintain warehouse inventory, and support shipping operations.

Responsibilities include packing according to procedures, labeling, assembling, stacking on pallets, and ensuring accurate shipping information and schedules. The role offers $16.50 per hour with potential overtime and shift differential, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehousing is nice to have.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts for customer orders.
• Basic communication skills (written and/or verbal).
• Basic knowledge of routine packing procedures, techniques, equipment and general warehouse procedures.
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items according to operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick or package a variety of printed materials or related items using packing procedures and techniques.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Place labels on packages, insert manuals, and manage boxes for final product.
• Bundle, palletize, or containerize items for storage or transit.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Count and sort product items.
• Load/unload materials and assist in moving products as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
