Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Newnan, Georgia, is hiring Temporary Full Time Warehouse Case Pickers. Pay is $18.50 per hour with a first shift 5:00am–1:00pm, Monday–Friday, weekly pay, and potential conversion to direct hire after 60 days with a $0.50 increase.

Positions involve handling foods, using reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, clamps, slip sheets, and electric pallet jacks. On-the-job training provided with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate pallet jacks and support automated packing system tasks.
• Manage day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the packing system during production hours.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
