Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with clerks and other teams as needed.
• Update area metrics using the WMS system.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and summaries.
• Perform floor work and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain filing systems and documents.
