Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Full Time Forklift Operator in Newnan, GA. The role involves operating reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and pallet jacks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We offer weekly pay, medical/dental/vision and 401(k) with company match, PTO, and employee discounts. On-the-job training and safety are emphasized. Shift is Mon-Fri with 6:00 am start, 1st shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• One year or more warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license/certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt in a diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance guidelines and maintain accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse setting (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
