Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm) to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure on-time customer commitments, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 4 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and the ability to hire, train, and develop staff while driving process improvements across the operation.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scanner equipment
• Availability for flexible schedule including overtime, weekends

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure commitments are met
• Lead, train, and appraise staff effectively
• Oversee equipment maintenance coordination with maintenance team
• Ensure OSHA and other safety regulations are followed
• Monitor quality policies and procedures to meet objectives
