Herr Foods Inc. in Nottingham, PA is seeking a Warehouse Laborer to support daily distribution operations. The role involves stacking cases, moving pallets, picking orders, and maintaining ERP records to ensure accuracy.

The position is full-time with a schedule Monday-Friday, 6am-3:30pm, and eligibility for a retention bonus up to $250. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401k match, paid vacation, and holiday pay. Must pass background and drug screening and lift up to 50 pounds.

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Warehouse Laborer position, to join our Nottingham, PA team!

Schedule and Shift

• SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
• SHIFT: 6am-3:30pm
• Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Stacking cases and boxes, setting up a track on trailers, picking orders, and removing cardboard from trailers.
• Mark, sort, and place materials or items on boards, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Move pallets with both electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Accurately count and record the number of materials and items for distribution.
• Warehouse clean-up.
• Is trained in the operation of the kicker stations on the chip and snack lines and understands to properly turn off air to the kicking station prior to clearing jams.
• Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods.
• Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
• Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data.
• Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
• Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
