DHL Supply Chain is hiring a First Shift Group Coordinator Lead in Livermore, California. In this role, you will assign work schedules and monitor associate progress while providing guidance to your team. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of warehouse and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of warehouse experience preferred.
• 6-12 months of forklift operation experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and monitor associate progress.
• Provide day-to-day direction to the work group.
• Conduct training for new associates.
• Review documents for accuracy and legibility.
• Open and secure the building as directed.
