Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Coordinator at our Durham, NC location. The role focuses on verifying and packing clinical site orders and processing shipments across multiple types. Hours are 7:30-4pm, with on-site work required.

You will review documents for accuracy, verify materials, pack orders, generate shipping labels, and pick distribution orders. Relevant experience in warehouse/distribution and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience (distribution/warehouse)
• Shipping experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., ERP)

Responsibilities

• Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness and compliance
• Verify documents and clinical material prior to distribution
• Pack customer orders per protocols and Distribution Instructions
• Generate UPS and FedEx shipper labels
• Pick Distribution Orders
