Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative Grade 1 in Durham, NC to perform material handling and inventory control in a computerized warehouse supporting a distribution operation. The role includes picking materials for dispatch and conducting inventory verifications.

This is a 2nd shift position (4pm–12:30am) requiring a High School Diploma/GED and 1+ year in a warehouse setting. The job entails operating forklifts and equipment, ensuring clean, safe, and compliant warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1+ year in a distribution or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick material in preparation for dispatch to the customer.
• Inventory verifications/Inventory movement.
• Perform second checks on temperature monitor programs for shipping staff.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping to a high standard.
