M.S. Walker is hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Associate in Norwood, MA to support our leading beverage distribution.

You will pick products, load/unload trucks, build pallets, and operate pallet jacks and forklifts with training, ensuring accurate and timely orders while adhering to safety standards. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a $1,200 sign-on bonus and strong union benefits, including healthcare, a pension plan, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to perform active, physical work.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick products and prepare customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Build pallets and stage shipments.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers (training provided).
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse.
