Beer Capitol Distributing, LLC in Sussex, WI is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate to receive, unload, and stock products, and to pick and stage customer orders.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs occasionally; forklift experience is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is required. Compensation starts at $20.50/hour with a potential raise after 6 months, and the schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Must lift 45 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs occasionally.
• Forklift experience preferred; certifications may be required.
• Knowledge of supplier freshness standards and product markings.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment safely.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Able to operate WMS and hand-held scanner.
• Post-offer pre-employment physical required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload trucks; verify inbound shipments.
• Assist with inventory counts with the Fulfillment team.
• Move pallets and organize back stock by supplier and product.
• Unload trucks and record received products in the WMS.
• Move products from receiving to shipping or staging areas.
• Pick and build customer orders; stage for delivery.
