Beer Capitol Distributing LLC in Sussex, WI is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate to receive and unload trucks, stock back stock, and pick customer orders. You will operate a Warehouse Management System and help ensure accurate inventory and efficient fulfillment.

This full-time role offers a starting rate of $20.50 per hour, with a raise to $21.50 after six months, plus benefits like health, dental, 401k, life and disability insurance, PTO, and flexible spending plans.

Qualifications

• Must complete post-offer pre-employment physical.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with forklifts and operating a Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments and pre-billed orders for accuracy.
• Unload trucks and receive products into inventory.
• Input received products into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Stock and rotate inventory in back stock locations.
• Pick and build customer orders and load outgoing trucks.
• Maintain back stock organization and replenish pick locations.
• Complete daily order checks and address mis-picks.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
