Frank Beverage Group is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate in Middleton for a four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, and a three-day weekend. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour plus a $1,000 retention bonus paid after 60 days.

The role includes receiving, stocking, order picking, loading trucks, and operating forklifts with training provided. We value safety, accuracy, teamwork, and fast-paced efficiency, offering competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse or forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to become certified on company warehouse equipment.
• Successful completion of a post-offer physical assessment.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Organize, stock, and replenish warehouse inventory.
• Pick, build, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load delivery trucks for daily routes.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
• Use handheld scanners and WMS to track inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate product records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You'll Do

As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate, you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time. Responsibilities include:

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
