Job summary

Frank Beverage Group is seeking a Class A CDL Delivery Driver to service Madison area customers, delivering beer, wine and spirits. You will drive, unload heavy loads, stock and merchandise displays, and build strong customer relationships throughout the territory.

The role features a Tuesday–Friday schedule with three-day weekends, potential overtime, and competitive hourly wages starting at $29.00. A hands-on, active workday with room to grow and benefit programs for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL and Fed Med required.
• Safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Ability to obtain forklift and electric pallet jack certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-ordered products to various customers within our distribution territory.
• Unload and transport an average of 800 cases of products daily, up to 160 lbs, at customer accounts.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products, and create displays at customer locations.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure accurate product delivery and provide necessary documentation (invoices/receipts).
• Additional duties as assigned.

About this position

Description: Looking for a full-time career with competitive pay, a four-day workweek, and a three-day weekend every week?

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering beer, wine, and spirits to customer accounts throughout our service area. You’ll work directly with customers, build relationships along the way, and make sure products are delivered, stocked, and ready to sell.

This is a hands-on, active position where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll regularly handle products weighing approximately 30–160 lbs. and navigate stairs, ramps, curbs, and other obstacles while making deliveries. You’ll also merchandise beer and liquor products, ensuring displays are organized, fully stocked, and looking their best.

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Understanding of effective communication strategies across all levels of an organization, including with merchandisers and the sales team.
• Knowledge of basic math, reading, writing, and English comprehension necessary for completing daily tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be friendly, personable, and approachable.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining high standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others and work independently.
• Punctuality and preparedness to begin work on time.
• Skilled in navigating through traffic and solving problems on the go.
• Ability to work in cooler environments for extended periods.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Valid Class A CDL License and Fed Med is required.

• Ability to obtain Forklift and electric pallet jack certification

Physical Requirement Summary:

• Ability to regularly lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds, including up and down stairs, and occasionally lift up to 160 pounds.
• Capable of sitting for extended periods while driving.
• Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday.
