Job summary

Frank Beverage Group in Milton, WI is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate responsible for loading trucks, building pallets, unloading returns, and ensuring order accuracy for delivery routes.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:30pm–11:30pm (seasonal variations). Must be able to operate handheld scanners and a forklift, follow safety standards, and lift up to 45 lb regularly and 175 lb occasionally. Full-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• Pass a Post-Offer Pre-Employment Physical Assessment.
• Forklift experience is preferred; forklift certification is required.
• Steel-Toed/ANSI shoes required.
• Company-paid uniform is required to be worn at all times.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes product in pick area.
• Loads trucks and transfer trucks for other locations.
• Builds pallets with product.
• Unloads trucks as they return from route.
• Sorts damaged products and empty kegs and returns to appropriate area.
• Check in liquor returns from drivers and transfers, put away.
• Assist with quick pick orders from sales representatives during the day.
• Move materials from receiving/storage to shipping or designated areas.
• Place materials on racks and shelves by product code.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe.
• Organize warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times.

The team members of Frank Beverage Group are committed, innovative leaders of the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers. This position is responsible for loading trucks with product for delivery.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 1:30pm-11:30pm (start & end times will vary due to seasonality; flexibility in the evening is a must)

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Comfortable operating handheld computer devices, scanner and headset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Experience with forklifts is preferred, Ability to get forklift certified required

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of Post-Offer Pre-Employment Physical Assessment

Safety and Equipment:

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 45 pounds on a consistent basis and up to 175 pounds on an occasional basis
