Job summary

Cardinal Health in Cranbury, NJ is hiring for a Full-time Warehouse Associate on the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–5:30 pm). The role supports inbound/outbound activities, emphasizing accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment.

As part of Warehouse Operations, you will handle picking, packing, and shipping processes, utilizing RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows SOPs to accurately process orders.
• Performs quality checks and prepares orders for shipment.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment per OSHA and site rules.

Responsibilities

• Pick large case items with equipment or pick small items for orders.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and assist on projects.
• Use WMS to check in/out products and ensure accurate inventory.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) as needed.
• Complete housekeeping and inventory tasks and maintain safety.
