Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring a Warehouse Associate (1st Shift) in Baltimore, MD. The role supports outbound and inbound activities, focusing on accuracy, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced distribution setting.

You will handle picking, packing, palletizing, and loading while using RF scanning and material handling equipment. Overtime may be required to meet business needs; minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop and stand for shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working at heights.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• RF scanner/voice-picking experience preferred.
• Willingness to overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: picking, quality checks, sorting, palletizing, packing, loading and shipping.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and assist on outbound/inbound tasks.
• Use Warehouse Management System to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and adhere to safety policies.
• Communicate concerns to management and participate in associate meetings.
