Responsibilities

• To add final components to a quality product by cleaning cushions, inserting valves, grommets, snaps, and inflating cushions according to procedures.
• Assembles product by gluing hoses with valves into cushions, inspecting and cleaning cushions, filling work orders, inserting grommets, snapping mattresses, inflating cushions, and placing on the appropriate trolley line.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by operating machinery safely, reporting hazards, and following safety policies.
• Maintains attendance and supports team by assembling components on IFC installation/assembly as needed.
• Attends workshops to maintain technical knowledge and encourages cross-functional collaboration.
