Your Role in Our Mission

Job Purpose: Thepurpose of this position is to assemble and ensure quality products areproduced in the assembly department.This is a position with high variance in daily work and requires ahigh level of adaptability. Thisposition will be trained on position within the assigned department within 30days of hire.

Essential job result 3:Identify non-conforming parts and fillout tags and place any non-conforming parts in the red bins for qualityevaluation.

What You’ll Bring

Associate must be skill checked on 1 positionwithin the assigned department within 30 days of hire.

Ability to speak, read, and write clearly.

Ability to apply common sense understanding tocarry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to use common sense to solveproblems.

Computer Operations: Very slight amount required with basic computeroperation skills.

Good hand-eye coordination; ability to work underpressure quickly and accurately; ability to work primarily as a single unitbut in cooperation with the team.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Strong problem-solving mindset.

Pay Transparency

The expected pay range for this role is $17.00 – $17.50 per hour . Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
