Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to direct and coordinate the work of others.
• Willingness to learn company products, terminology, and shipping standards.
• Proficient in operating industrial trucks and reading shipping instructions.
• Able to perform basic math and basic computer skills.
• Shows initiative and organizational abilities to coordinate team efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks, train team members, and monitor overall workforce productivity.
• Coordinate daily staging, packing, and loading processes for outbound freight.
• Schedule truck arrivals, dispatch drivers, and manage relationships with shipping vendors.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy of packing slips, item counts, and addresses.
• Generate bills of lading, custom forms, and commercial invoices.
• Maintain customer portals and process PGI in SAP timely and accurately.
• Uphold safe operating procedures and a clean, accident-free dock.
• Support CSR with shipment tracking and transit inquiries.
• Archive shipping documents and ensure 7-year retention compliance.
