Job summary

Stabilus, a global leader in gas springs and dampers, is seeking a Warehouse Processor in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on processing, labeling, packaging, and preparing materials for shipment, ensuring orders match specifications and daily targets. This 1st shift runs from 6:00 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with potential overtime on weekends. The position requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and adherence to safety procedures in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months of warehouse shipping experience required to achieve proficiency in core job functions.
• Experience using computers and shipping software preferred.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to adapt to continuous operational changes driven by evolving customer needs.
• Demonstrated willingness to support process improvements and operational adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Verify products in each order by matching part numbers to order documentation.
• Ensure packaging materials and labeling meet company standards and daily packing goals.
• Remain at the assigned workstation except during authorized breaks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all established procedures, policies, and work instructions in accordance with company standards.
