• Supervise, direct, and assist crew toward production goals.
• Move inventory by running reports and coordinate transfers.
• Verify and maintain a desired level of quality.
• Coach and train department employees.
• Ensure safety requirements and processes are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
