Stabilus is seeking a Warehouse Processor for the Charlotte Metropolitan Area to accurately process, label, and pack materials for shipment, ensuring orders match specifications and daily productivity targets.

This 1st shift role runs 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with potential overtime on weekends based on business needs. The position emphasizes attention to detail, safe handling, and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of warehouse shipping experience.
• Experience using computers and shipping software preferred.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing operational needs.
• Willingness to support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Verify products in each order by matching part numbers to order documentation.
• Ensure packaging materials and labeling meet company standards and daily packing goals.
• Remain at the assigned workstation except during breaks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or leads.
• Follow all established procedures, policies, and work instructions in accordance with company standards.
