Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a 1st shift Shipping Clerk/Warehouse Worker in Brea, CA. This contract-to-hire role supports a fast-paced distribution operation for automotive parts, with hours from 6:30 AM to 2 PM or 3 PM.

Responsibilities include receiving, packing, dispatch, loading/unloading, and order fulfillment using RF scanners and pallet jacks. OT and safety compliance are expected in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using RF scanners and pallet jacks.
• Experience in order picking, packing, and warehouse inventory management.
• Capability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable utilizing rolling safety ladders.

Work Environment

The work environment is typically loud due to the operation of forklifts and other machinery. You will work on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, with mandatory overtime up to 2 hours daily and occasional Saturdays. Dress code includes plain shirts, jeans (without holes), and closed-toed shoes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brea, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
