Responsibilities include reading blueprints, moving materials with an overhead crane, and loading trucks. Safety gear is required, and you will contribute to on-time shipments while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Data entry skills and basic math abilities required.
• Ability to read prints, drawings and work documents; measure with close tolerance tools.
• Able to work in a team and maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 15,000 pound forklift to move material up to 40 feet in length.
• Use an overhead crane or hoist to move materials.
• Read blueprints to identify material and components.
• Load material onto trucks and stage in yard or shop.
• Maintain material traceability and accurate inventory records.
• Wear PPE and work in non-temperature controlled environments; outdoors when needed.
• Assist with cycle counts and enter data into computer systems.
