Job description

Location: Kiel, WI

Hours: Monday-Friday (Start: 4:30a to 5:30a, End: 2p to 3p), Occasional 5 hour Saturdays (Start: 4:30a, End: 9:30a)

Pay: $25.13/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

Job Description

• Set up and perform a wide variety of sheet metal operations involving shearing, forming, punching, deburring, and spot welding to achieve quality standards.
• Plan your sequence of activities working from sketches, blueprints, process sheets, established procedures, schedules, and general discussions.
• Perform complex layouts, setups, and inspections to achieve quality standards.
• Initiate corrective action to resolve complex problems with templates and tooling and make adjustments as required.
• Perform own material handling and follow good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Assist and advise others as required.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required.
• Provide own basic tools to efficiently perform the job.
