The Vollrath Company in Kiel, WI is seeking a skilled sheet metal worker for 2nd shift. Start: 2:00 pm, end: 10:30 pm to 12:30 am, with training on 1st shift available.
You will set up and perform sheet metal operations including shearing, forming, punching, deburring, and spot welding, following sketches, blueprints, and process sheets to meet quality standards. Safe work practices and own basic tools are required.

Sign-On Bonus- $3,000
Must be willing to train on 1st Shift.
Set up and perform a wide variety of sheet metal operations involving shearing, forming, punching, deburring, and spot welding to achieve quality standards. Plan your sequence of activities working from sketches, blueprints, process sheets, established procedures, schedules, and general discussions. Perform complex layouts, setups, and inspections to achieve quality standards. Initiate corrective action to resolve complex problems with templates and tooling and make adjustments as required. Perform own material handling and follow good housekeeping and safety practices. Assist and advise others as required. Perform other miscellaneous duties as required. Provide own basic tools to efficiently perform the job.
