Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC.

This on-site leadership role will oversee a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals. You will lead daily activities, coach staff, enforce GMPs, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is relevant.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $86–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
