Cardinal Health in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management to analyze inventory and drive operational efficiency. You will validate inbound shipments, place electronic orders, and generate standard inventory reports while coordinating stock transfers and cycle counts.

Responsibilities include forecasting inventory based on demand, entering data into the WMS, and communicating with suppliers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Follow directions and adapt to priorities.
• Stand, bend, reach, and lift for entire shift.
• Work in refer 36°F-42°F for up to 10 hours or longer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Verify inbound product against packing slips and orders.
• Enter and validate data in the WMS and release products.
• Develop inventory forecasts based on demand and shipment speeds.
• Place electronic orders from inventory reporting.
• Communicate with suppliers for additional order information.
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze slow/fast-moving items and expirations.
• Address discrepancies and quality issues in inbound shipments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories as instructed.
