Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security alarms and emergencies.
• Coordinate responses to fire, panic, and medical incidents.
• Direct emergency personnel to incident locations.
• Create and distribute incident reports per procedures.
• Maintain records, logs, and access control processes.
• Manage key control and report losses or issues to management.
• Operate video surveillance and access control systems.
• Provide access badges and assign levels as directed.
