Responsibilities

• Supervise entry points and authorize access to protect property.
• Answer calls, relay information, and provide assistance outside normal hours.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports (DARs).
• Patrol and monitor premises to prevent safety hazards or theft.
• Enforce site rules, respond to emergencies, and assist with security procedures.
• Oversee daily workflow and assignments of security staff.
• Train new hires and current staff on security procedures.
• Escort individuals as needed and maintain order on site.
• Document activity with detailed reports and maintain records.
