Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk 8–10 hours per shift.
• Standing, Walking, Sitting, Stooping and reaching daily.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior premises to deter intrusion and secure doors/windows.
• Respond to alarms and investigate incidents.
• Control entry of employees, visitors, and vendors; maintain accountability.
• Submit daily activity reports for non-routine activities.
• Report incidents such as damage, theft, or safety hazards.
• Notify authorities in emergencies.
• Monitor surveillance video and perform regular patrols.
